Aymen earned his Bachelors degree from Fordham University where he majored in Economics and Political Science. Before attending law school, Aymen worked as a CFA at Citigroup, where he achieved his Series 6 and 63 investment licenses, as well as New York State Insurance licenses.
Aymen attended Fordham School of Law, where he was an Editor on the Journal of Corporate Financial Law. He began his legal career as a law clerk in U.S. District Court, for the District of New Jersey to the Honorable Patty Shwartz. After his clerkship, Aymen was accepted into the United States Attorney General Honor's Program where he was a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice. Aymen was based in Washington, D.C. and represented the United States in cases across the United States.
In law school, Aymen was selected to participate in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Summer Honor’s program. He also worked as an intern in the New York State Attorney General's Office in the Investor Protection Bureau and as a Special Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. Additionally, he has successfully conducted securities arbitration and mediation on behalf of his clients.
Aymen is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
